Meet Emma

Hi, my name is Emma. I am looking forward to meeting you in our class!

I began this journey after my 2nd daughter was born. The feeling I had from getting educated, and supported during my pregnancy and birth spurred me to begin teaching Childbirth Education. When you are educated & empowered you will reflect better on your birth experience…did you know up to 45% of new parents experience birth trauma? I can’t prevent it, but I know becoming educated will help lessen the likelihood.

I always like to know the personal stuff!

I am married to Steve & we have two girls, Isabelle & Annie. I started in Agriculture, receiving by BBA in Agriculture Business Development and working for a few Ag. Businesses before having our first child . I am now a stay at home mom alongside teaching expecting parents & working as a Doula. My work as a Doula has slowed as I focus on my true passion of teaching! One of my favorite things to do is cook, i love all things food & health. I have a two soapboxes; pregnancy aches & pains aren’t normal & see a lactation professional- no matter what!
